– Braaiblock Restaurant offers a dining experience centered around traditional South African braai (barbecue) techniques, serving a variety of grilled meats, side dishes, and beverages.

– The restaurant may provide additional services such as event hosting, catering, and takeout, subject to separate terms and conditions.

  1. Reservation and Seating:

– Seating arrangements may vary and are at the discretion of the restaurant management.

  1. Food and Beverage Service:

– Braaiblock Restaurant aims to provide high-quality food and beverages, cooked and served with utmost care and adherence to hygiene standards.

  1. Payment:

– Payments for food, beverages, and additional services must be made in the currency accepted by Braaiblock Restaurant, as indicated at the time of payment.

– Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, and any other payment methods specified by the restaurant management.

  1. Conduct Code:

– Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons, refraining from any disruptive or inappropriate conduct that may disturb the restaurant’s peaceful atmosphere.

– We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to individuals who violate these conduct guidelines.

7.Cancellation and Refund:

– Customers must provide notice of any cancellation or modification in advance, preferably 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

– Refunds for canceled order or any other charges will be subject to the restaurant’s refund policy, which may vary based on the circumstances.

– Braaiblock Restaurant shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring on its premises, both within the restaurant and its parking areas.

– Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and any valuables they bring onto the premises.

– The restaurant’s name, logo, and any other trademarks or copyrighted materials used at Braaiblock Restaurant are the property of the restaurant and cannot be used without explicit permission.

– Braaiblock Restaurant reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these privacy policy as required, with or without prior notice.

– Any changes will be effective from the date they are published on the restaurant’s official website or communicated through other means.

  1. Cancellation policy: If a customer cancels an order for unforeseen reasons, Braai block has the right to retain 5% of the total order value as a cancellation fee. It’s important to note that this 5% fee is exclusive of any application and delivery charges that may have been applied to the original order.
  2. Food quality issues: If a customer encounters food quality issues in a Braai Block, they should address the matter with the Braai Block staff immediately. Most establishments value customer feedback and will strive to resolve the problem to ensure customer satisfaction. Possible solutions include offering a replacement dish, providing a refund, or adjusting the bill. Communication is key in such situations, and expressing concerns politely and clearly is essential to ensure a positive resolution.
  3. Billing errors: In case of overcharging or billing mistakes, the braai block usually rectifies the issue and refunds the excess amount.
